Security
Each login reaches only the records its role allows. Each signature is tied to one version of one document. Export your records any time, as one JSON file. Document files are not included.
How it works
The lines on access, sign-ins and signing are quoted from the capability page, where each is checked by an automated test before every release.
Access matched to each role
Tenants and landlord clients sign in to their own view. Their logins cannot open the agency's units, ledger, evidence or signing. Contractors sign in to see the jobs you send them, propose visit dates, and send quotes, completion reports and invoices.
Sign-ins you can end
Review active sign-ins and end one or all the others. Each entry shows when the sign-in began, when it was last used and when it expires.
Your records are stored in the EU
The application and its database run on servers in Germany, in the European Union.
Client money stays in your bank
Rent is paid into your own client account. Leasebook records and reconciles it; your bank holds and moves the money.
Export your records
Export your records any time, as one JSON file. Document files are not included.
Signing tied to the document version
An approval is tied to the exact document version, not to a typed name. If the document changes afterwards, the signature visibly stops matching it.
