The attention queue shows each tenancy’s rent review date as it nears. Works out how much a residential rent can be raised at a review under the rules in force from 1 March 2026, from the CSO’s CPI and the 2% limit, using the dates on the tenancy record. Check the figure on the RTB rent calculator; the notice needs its printout.
The unit, not just the address
A tenancy belongs to a unit, such as a flat. One building can have one address and fifteen Building Energy Ratings (BERs), and the queue shows the rating for the unit each tenancy is in.
Your PSRA licence, too.
Your own licence from the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and its expiry date sit in the same queue as everything else.
