Choose a staff role and understand property access

Open Settings, then Team and invite a colleague with a staff role. The invitation selects a role for the agency workspace; the staff invite form does not offer a one-property scope. Check the role before sending. Resident access on a property is a separate invitation for a tenant, landlord client or family login, not a way to limit a staff seat to one property. Ask the agency owner or admin to review the right access route.
