Work out how much the rent can be raised at a review, and record it
In Portfolio & rentals, open the tenancy and choose Rent review. Leasebook shows the rent on record and when it was last set. Under Maximum new rent, enter the date the new rent is set (the day the notice is signed and served). Tick the box if the home is in a new apartment complex or student accommodation with a commencement or 7-day notice from 10 June 2025. Leasebook works out the most the rent can rise from the CSO's CPI and the 2% limit. Check the same dates on the RTB rent calculator (https://rtb.ie/rtb-rent-calculator/), because the notice needs its printout. Then enter the rent you have set and the date it takes effect, and choose Record for review. This does not serve a notice or update the RTB.
