Use the lettings pipeline

Open Lettings, then Applicants. Choose Log enquiry for an existing property and a new or existing applicant. Open that applicant to Arrange viewing and Record offer. Record attendance, a no-show, decline or withdrawal as events occur. Choose Accept offer only after reviewing the offer; acceptance creates the tenancy. New applicants appear on this board by their current status. The pipeline records your decisions rather than making them for you.
