Prepare a landlord year summary

Open a landlord client in Contacts and choose Year summary. Choose Year and Preview year summary. Review issued statement reconciliation and any Draft statements before Generate year summary. Generated versions holds the print view. The Tax profile and Rental Notification controls record facts supplied by your agency; Leasebook does not calculate rental or income tax.
