Record HAP arrangements and payments

Open a tenancy in Portfolio & rentals and its HAP details. Choose Add HAP details to record the local authority, HAP monthly amount and tenant top-up, then Save HAP details. Use Change status to record a suspension or end. In Money → Arrears → HAP, use Review HAP lines and Match for imported bank lines; use Tag a recorded receipt to identify an existing receipt. Leasebook records the arrangement and matches; it does not receive the council payment.
