Check whether a tenant message was delivered

Open Messages to see portfolio conversations and the delivery record for messages sent on your behalf. For a particular tenant, open their tenancy in Portfolio & rentals and choose Messages to write or review its thread. Check whether the message was delivered by email or recorded without email, and read the reason shown. When a tenant replies to an email, the reply arrives in your agency mailbox, not in the Leasebook thread. A tenant who signs in to Leasebook can write in the thread.

To send a message to a tenant in the app, use that tenancy's Messages action. Check the delivery status afterwards.
