Record a commercial rent review

Open a commercial tenancy in Portfolio & rentals → Rentals & compliance. In Rent reviews (commercial), choose Add review. Record the review basis and sources, then Preview memorandum before Save review. Use Add to diary for a dated reminder. This records clause-based review work; it does not set rent automatically or determine legal entitlement.
