Track commercial lease dates and notices

Open a commercial tenancy in Portfolio & rentals → Rentals & compliance. In its lease dates, choose Add lease date and record the event date and clause basis. Use Record notice on an event to record how and when notice was served. The event remains a record of what you entered; Leasebook does not decide whether service or the clause is legally effective.
