Record a service charge apportionment schedule

Open Portfolio & rentals → Commercial and find Apportionment. Choose a property with Show property, record unit areas with Record measurement…, and use Preview impact. Choose New schedule, then Add share for each payer and basis. Review the totals before Adopt; use Start a revision when an adopted schedule needs a change. A schedule records the basis entered by the agency.
